Senior Lead Memory Characterization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems and memory characterization within the VLSI industry
• Write and validate Spice decks, stimulus, and test vectors
• Perform memory design, debugging, and validation using fast simulator tools and waveform viewers
• Manage NLMD + CCST .libs, including generating libs and performing sign-off QA checks
• Enable memory compiler flows and validate libs with tight stimulus (sanity) runs
• Mentor and guide junior peers while driving projects independently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience (Master's with 2+ years or PhD with 1+ year also considered)
• Proven experience in the memory domain, specifically in memory characterization, design, and validation
• Familiarity with layout parasitic extraction and challenges in deep submicron technologies
• Proficiency in Spice deck writing and validation
• Strong debugging skills and experience with waveform viewers

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting knowledge for automation and efficiency
• 5-8 years of experience in the VLSI industry
