Senior Lead Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end global lead management processes from concept to adoption
• Analyze CRM data to identify patterns, quality issues, and process gaps to provide actionable recommendations
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance lead routing, qualification, and conversion
• Drive global process adoption and quality assurance by working closely with regional Sales teams
• Maintain rigorous documentation for processes and tools to ensure global consistency
• Connect tactical operational details to broader strategic business goals

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, International Business, or a similar field
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Management
• Strong CRM expertise, preferably in Salesforce (Sales/Marketing Cloud) or Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven experience designing and implementing global sales processes
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a vision for integrating them into CRM workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think from multiple stakeholder perspectives
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
