Senior Lead, Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Advise the Americas regional team and senior leadership on legal and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including sales, distribution, marketing, and influencer contracts
• Support real estate, retail expansion, and corporate matters across the region
• Partner with marketing teams on brand campaigns, sponsorships, and consumer-facing initiatives
• Collaborate with Talent teams on employment law matters
• Support regional data privacy and data protection in coordination with global teams
• Oversee disputes, litigation strategy, and external counsel management
• Build scalable legal processes, playbooks, and training to manage risk

Requirements

• Law degree
• 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including in-house experience
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a global consumer-facing product company
