Senior Lead - Legal Counsel, Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

Responsibilities

• Advise global and regional teams on intellectual property matters, including brand protection, anticounterfeiting, and enforcement
• Lead global brand protection and anti-counterfeiting investigations and actions
• Develop and implement enforcement strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct trainings and raise IP awareness
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and guidelines to drive practical solutions
• Support strategic IP projects as needed

Requirements

• Law degree
• 7+ years of legal experience, including in-house experience
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice in high-pressure environments
• Collaborative style and strong relationship-building skills
• Process-minded with a track record of improving legal workflows
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a global consumer-facing brand
