About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and lead the strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and profit targets
  • Deliver product and brand experiences through a clear channel lens authentic to the brand
  • Plan, prepare, and execute seasonal GTM excellence
  • Drive daily sales analytics to increase sell-in and sell-out
  • Work cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Maintain all sales-related budgets for relevant accounts
  • Support the Key Account and Sales teams to drive improvements in management performance

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of progression in a commercial or business environment
  • Ability to build holistic strategic plans
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders both cross-functionally and vertically
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for group presentations
  • Self-starter with a team-first mentality
