About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and lead the strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and profit targets
- Deliver product and brand experiences through a clear channel lens authentic to the brand
- Plan, prepare, and execute seasonal GTM excellence
- Drive daily sales analytics to increase sell-in and sell-out
- Work cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Maintain all sales-related budgets for relevant accounts
- Support the Key Account and Sales teams to drive improvements in management performance
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of progression in a commercial or business environment
- Ability to build holistic strategic plans
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders both cross-functionally and vertically
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for group presentations
- Self-starter with a team-first mentality
