Senior Lead, Indy Agency Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and scale the Indy Agency Program in the French market.
• Build and maintain strong, C-level relationships with key stakeholders at independent agencies.
• Drive significant revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling Snap's advertising products.
• Educate agencies on Snap's platform, products, and best practices through workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to provide insights for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in agency sales, partnerships, or business development within the French market.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, social media, and performance marketing.
• Fluency in both French and English.

• Experience working at a social media platform or managing relationships with French advertising agencies.
• Established network of contacts at French independent media agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
