Senior Lead - Footwear Testing

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Specialists in the Running category
• Serve as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders to provide guidance on testing projects
• Define and execute rigorous testing strategies for durability, fit, comfort, and performance
• Lead qualitative and quantitative footwear testing, perception studies, and real-world validation
• Translate complex testing data into actionable insights and clear reports for decision-making
• Ensure testing timelines are integrated into Product Creation calendars
• Expand and cultivate a diverse tester network to support project timelines
• Maintain data integrity within testing systems and databases

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in footwear testing or a related footwear industry role
• Proven leadership experience building high-performance teams
• Strong passion for run culture and performance running footwear
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams through partnership and advisory
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and internal databases
• Expertise in complex data analysis methods
• Fluent in English
