Senior Lead Footwear Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Manage footwear merchandising strategy across all APAC markets in collaboration with channel and commercial teams
• Act as the APAC liaison with global footwear merchandising and product teams to integrate regional needs into global assortments
• Collaborate with local sales teams to develop assortments for strategic key accounts and channels
• Align product launch dates with marketing campaign efforts
• Contribute to collection pricing architecture and optimize full-price sales through competitor price mapping
• Monitor market trends, consumer targets, and competitor competencies

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years in a merchandising or merchandise planning role
• Proven track record in Merchandising, Retail, Product Management, or Business Analytics
• Experience developing distribution strategies
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Background in footwear merchandising is required
• Full business proficiency in English
