About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead footwear engineering functions such as pattern and tooling
- Establish guidelines for pattern and last management
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support during product development meetings
- Lead process standardization in development and commercialization
- Work with the innovation team to support the implementation of new technologies into inline production
- Oversee product development and commercialization timelines to guarantee on-time deliveries
- Drive initiatives related to sustainability, product integrity, and quality
Requirements
- Strong expertise in footwear engineering with high attention to detail, function, and quality
- Experience in people management and stakeholder management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel frequently to manufacturing partners in both South and North Vietnam
