About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial operational readiness plans for new market launches and expansion missions
- Identify and mitigate potential commercial operational risks and challenges for channel and regional expansions
- Lead the establishment of standard operating procedures, guidelines, and templates for commercial agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless GTM execution
- Serve as the central point of contact for commercial operational readiness inquiries
- Support regional Commercial teams in distribution partner onboarding and offboarding processes
- Identify and map resource requirements for commercial capability build-up
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of commercial market expansion activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in Sports or global retail
- Experience in market-focused roles, with experience outside Europe being a strong plus
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable commercial plans
- Understanding of global market dynamics and regional nuances
- Strong understanding of commercial operations processes and systems (GTM, CRM, ERP)
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience working in global matrix organisations
