Senior Lead - Expansion Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial operational readiness plans for new market launches and expansion missions
• Identify and mitigate potential commercial operational risks and challenges for channel and regional expansions
• Lead the establishment of standard operating procedures, guidelines, and templates for commercial agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless GTM execution
• Serve as the central point of contact for commercial operational readiness inquiries
• Support regional Commercial teams in distribution partner onboarding and offboarding processes
• Identify and map resource requirements for commercial capability build-up
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of commercial market expansion activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in Sports or global retail
• Experience in market-focused roles, with experience outside Europe being a strong plus
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable commercial plans
• Understanding of global market dynamics and regional nuances
• Strong understanding of commercial operations processes and systems (GTM, CRM, ERP)
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience working in global matrix organisations
