Senior Lead - Exhibition Programming

Responsibilities

• Establish the curatorial vision and execute a multi-disciplinary exhibition and event strategy
• Bridge external creative communities with internal product teams through design workshops and co-creation sessions
• Orchestrate the Artist-in-Residence Program by inviting international talent and launching open calls
• Maintain a continuous calendar of exhibitions, public community events, and internal activations
• Manage the programming budget, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and artist fees
• Supervise external technical teams, art handlers, and operational logistics

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in curating and producing contemporary art exhibitions, residencies, or cultural programming
• Active global network within the cultural and creative sectors
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year timelines and international artist logistics
• Experience managing budgets and external vendor networks
• Strong ability to translate complex artistic or technological concepts into compelling storytelling
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
