Senior Lead, Enterprise Master Data

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the master data governance strategy and multi-year roadmap across material, vendor, and customer domains
• Establish and govern customer master data aligned to order-to-cash processes
• Establish and enforce data standards, policies, and decision frameworks across PLM, ERP, CRM, and downstream systems
• Serve as the authority for material, vendor, and customer master data, leading governance forums
• Own and optimize master data lifecycle and data quality, including KPIs and remediation
• Ensure compliance with GDP, SOPs, and ISO standards (ISO 27001, 9001, 13485)
• Partner with business and IT leaders to support system implementations and integrations
• Drive master data readiness to enable product launches and business scale

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Business Systems
• Strong knowledge of master data domains and data architecture
• Experience designing governance and change management processes in regulated/GxP environments
• Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and PLM integrations
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or similar querying tools
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
