Senior Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures at enterprise scale
• Lead full-stack development initiatives across multiple technology platforms and application tiers
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and technical excellence
• Drive cloud-native and DevOps initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Establish and maintain code quality standards, testing frameworks, and development best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy for enterprise applications
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all systems

Requirements

• 12+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale software systems
• Hands-on full-stack development expertise in Java, Node.js, React.js, and REST API development
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML/OIDC) and Okta integration
• Proficiency with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Comprehensive experience with the entire software development lifecycle (Agile, SDLC)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
