Senior Lead - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the D&I strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global goals and local regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary lead and advocate for global Inclusion Groups, providing guidance and structure
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design, implement, and measure diversity hiring initiatives and community partnerships
• Support leaders with coaching and training to develop inclusive leadership and allyship skills
• Act as a D&I subject matter expert and consultant for leaders and teams
• Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of D&I initiatives and report progress to leadership
• Own regional insights and data for the Diversity and Inclusion section of the annual Impact Progress Report

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field
• Proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA region
• Experience managing, scaling, or supporting employee resource groups (ERGs)
• Strong background in partnering with recruitment teams on diversity hiring programs
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances and legal landscapes related to D&I in EMEA, APAC, and Americas
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive leader accountability
• Collaborative mindset with experience leading cross-functional projects
• Self-motivated professional skilled at gaining stakeholder buy-in
