Senior Lead Digital Innovation Engineer - Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate various solution components using the Microsoft stack into a cohesive, scalable architecture.
• Develop and implement deployment strategies across various environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the full technology stack, including frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct re-architecture efforts by analyzing modules for maintainability, performance, and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and deployment guides.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• 10+ years of experience with .NET Core, C# MVC, React JS, and React Native.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Stack design.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure Services integration (IoT Hub, Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience with Relational and Non-Relational databases (SQL/Cosmos DB).
• 3+ years of experience in IoT Platform design and development.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure.
• Microsoft Certified Technical Architect (AZ-305) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full-stack SaaS development.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and modern deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of microservices, serverless architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
