Senior Lead Digital Design

Responsibilities

• Define and realize digital functions on IP, subsystem, or IC levels based on required specifications
• Manage the full ASIC design cycle, including RTL coding, verification, synthesis, and timing closure
• Ensure design quality and reliability while participating in problem-solving for digital and system domains
• Handle DFT (Design for Test) and provide backend support
• Author design-specific documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Support IP delivery and silicon validation/bring-up processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital function definition and RTL coding
• Expertise in verification, synthesis, and timing closure
• Experience with DFT and silicon validation support
• Background in wireless or communication ASIC development
