Senior Lead, Cyber Security IT Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) Program across infrastructure domains.
• Define and mature the CCM Dashboard and monitoring framework using Key Control Indicators (KCIs) and Control Indicators (CIs).
• Oversee the complete control lifecycle, including identification, automation, monitoring, remediation, and retirement.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and control frameworks such as SOC, SOX, NIST, and FFIEC.
• Act as a central liaison between Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Automation teams.
• Guide requirements definition, test case development, and UAT for automated control monitoring solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and Copilot AI to enhance monitoring efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, Infrastructure Controls, or Cybersecurity domains.
• 10-12 years of total professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven expertise in control lifecycle management and control operating models.
• Experience driving control automation and continuous monitoring programs.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis for automation and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to GenAI, Copilot AI, or advanced analytics within risk and control environments.
• Experience with control feasibility analysis and metric design.
• Experience with regulatory audits and sample-based testing processes.
