Senior Lead Creative

Responsibilities

• Develop award-winning creative ideas for an AI Platform client across global markets
• Deliver on-brand work on time and within budget, from BAU to full production
• Lead, motivate, and guide a wider team of creatives, designers, and producers
• Present work to senior internal and external stakeholders across the UK and US
• Facilitate and contribute to in-person creative sprints and workshops
• Monitor advertising, media trends, and pop culture to inform creative output
• Champion craft and attention to detail across all deliverables
• Participate in new business pitches and expand the creative offering into new platforms and tech

Requirements

• AI-native mindset with strong interest in AI and tech-led creativity
• Broad portfolio including tech or AI-driven campaigns
• ImageGen skills and ability to generate high-quality AI imagery
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and their potentials and limitations
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work fast and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
