Senior Lead Commercial Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships for businesses with annual revenues between $100MM and $2B.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership regarding the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow and real estate loans.
• Lead the strategy for delivering a full suite of highly complex commercial banking solutions tailored to unique client needs.
• Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to drive innovation in credit solutions and market delivery.
• Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients by leveraging existing professional networks.
• Drive relationship planning activities and maintain rigorous sales and pipeline disciplines.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and serve as an expert advisor to internal leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience (or equivalent through training, military experience, or education).

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending and treasury management products.
• Completion of a formal credit training program.
• Established professional network within the Roanoke, VA and West Virginia markets.
• Proven track record of managing commercial banking accounts for clients in the $100MM to $2B revenue range.
• Demonstrated experience in generating new client relationships and building long-term retention.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
