Senior Lead - Brand Environment Design

Responsibilities

• Lead spatial design direction for non-retail environments to ensure visual harmony and premium execution
• Translate brand priorities into tangible, immersive physical concepts and experience narratives
• Develop inspiring briefs for internal designers and external agencies to transform strategy into premium outputs
• Act as the guardian of design standards, publishing official Brand Environment Design Guidelines
• Design comprehensive physical brand systems and scalable toolkits for global brand expression
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across brand, retail, and regional experience teams
• Champion innovation by infusing activations with high-end design standards and elevated aesthetics

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in spatial design, environmental design, or experiential architecture
• Experience in a top-tier creative advertising/experiential agency and/or in-house at a premium global brand
• Proven experience managing large-scale physical design projects with budgets from $250k to $1M+
• Portfolio showcasing high-impact physical spaces such as brand activations, summits, or pop-ups
• Extensive experience developing global toolkits and scalable design frameworks
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
