Senior Lead - B2B Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for various channels and translate global brand priorities into account-specific execution plans
• Lead design and deployment of integrated campaigns across in-store, digital, experiential, and media channels
• Serve as a senior strategic partner for key account marketing and internal sales leadership
• Mentor and empower a high-performing team, fostering autonomy and accountability
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Visual Merchandising, Sales, and Tech Rep teams
• Build sustainable processes, roles, and workflows for the B2B marketing team
• Utilize data and insights to anticipate market shifts and innovate solutions
• Champion data-informed decision-making to align marketing investments with commercial objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B or wholesale channel marketing within premium apparel or footwear
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Proven track record of balancing structured processes with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies in a global business context
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder interests and drive alignment
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to global hubs and key accounts
