Senior Lead - Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate art direction for APAC regional campaigns, product launches, 360° brand communications, retail, social, digital and event experience
• Translate high-level marketing strategies into visual systems from briefing through to final execution
• Own creative direction for eCommerce projects, including high-volume asset production and PDP enhancements
• Mentor junior and mid-level studio members to improve creative output
• Partner with APAC marketing, brand, product, retail, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, directors, and production houses
• Maintain On’s premium positioning and global brand consistency across Asia Pacific
• Present creative concepts and strategies to regional and global stakeholders

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience leading creative campaigns in fashion, lifestyle, or culture
• Essential in-house brand-side experience; agency background is a plus
• Proven ability to align global brand strategy with regional execution
• Exceptional art direction, concept development, and visual storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of premium brand building and visual systems
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel across the APAC region as needed
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
