Senior Launch Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the launch and operations readiness for CAPEX projects exceeding $50MM within a multidisciplinary organization.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex fulfillment capacity launches across the Africa, Middle East, and Turkey (AMET) region.
• Coordinate vendors, manage contracted resources, and oversee hiring activities to ensure project completion.
• Execute integrated project scheduling, resource planning, and critical path analysis across multiple business and technical activities.
• Track project status and communicate potential risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Work alongside procurement and vendors to manage purchase orders and installation schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time domestically or within the AMET region.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or a Master's degree in business, data science, finance, engineering, or supply chain.
• Previous experience with Amazon or E-commerce launches.
• Proficiency in languages such as Arabic, Turkish, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans, or Zulu.
