Senior Landscape Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual landscape design proposals and prepare 2D drawings, 3D renders, and CAD drawings.
• Create and oversee designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Manage clients throughout the sales, design, and construction stages, including presenting proposals and supporting negotiations.
• Review and interpret detailed plans, construction drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure project timelines and customer requirements are met.
• Lead material selection, design recommendations, and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Support project costing and estimates in collaboration with the Operations Team.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the design team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of landscape design experience within the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution.
• Expertise in photorealistic rendering and modeling from architectural plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in team leadership or team management.
• Valid UAE driving license and possession of a personal vehicle.
