Senior Landscape Architect

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design, and present high-quality landscape concept drawings
• Produce technical design packages through to the tender stage
• Undertake contract administration for various projects
• Liaise with junior staff to plan, program, and delegate tasks within the team
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Irrigation, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Architects
• Maintain regular communication with clients and client representatives
• Develop contracts within budget parameters and provide accurate costing information
• Prepare maintenance plans for completed sites
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, health and safety, and sustainability regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or a relevant degree
• More than 7 years of continuous experience in Landscape Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Rhino
• Strong understanding of regional construction methods and the local industry
• Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is highly regarded
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional chartership (e.g., CMLI, ASLA, or ALIA)
• Proven expertise in planting design and horticultural knowledge
