Senior Landscape Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design projects from concept through to completion, including site analysis, design development, and detailing
• Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site assessments and environmental analyses utilizing sustainable practices
• Prepare detailed design presentations, reports, and documentation for regulatory approvals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and team members
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Proven experience managing complex landscape projects and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable practices, and horticultural science
• Proficiency in landscape design software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills including budget and schedule management
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect is preferred
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian landscape architecture principles is a plus
