Senior Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Perform land and field surveys and geodetic calculations to establish horizontal and vertical control with high tolerance.
• Check setting-out, levels, and service locations to ensure project accuracy and protection.
• Prepare sketches to support field work and maintain all survey information, including field books, sketches, and calculations.
• Assist engineers in the verification and checking of shop drawings and as-built record drawings.
• Conduct routine checks of control points, benchmarks, and initial/final levels of works.
• Verify earthwork cross sections and assist in the preparation of as-built drawings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field surveying techniques and geodetic calculations.
• Proficiency with modern survey instruments, including GPS, Total Station, and Digital Level.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with International Roughness Index (IRI) surveying.
• Ability to perform setting-out and levels checking accurately.
