Senior Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation and basic analyses on samples of varying complexity according to analytical SOPs
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
• Support the development and validation of analytical methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide technical training and support to new and cross-training technicians
• Assist in investigations and preparation of responses to client inquiries and CARs
• Maintain technical information, laboratory notebooks, and adhere to internal standards and safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sample preparation laboratories

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline
