Senior Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the research activities of the Resistance, Chemotherapy and Predictive Biomarkers group
• Contribute to the writing and development of experimental protocols
• Represent the research team in lab management meetings
• Prepare detailed reports on research results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine or a related field
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 or C1 level)
• Hands-on experience with cell culture
• Experience with genetic manipulation techniques, specifically CRISPR/Cas9
• Experience with in vitro cytotoxicity assays
• Proficiency in qPCR and western blotting

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biomedicine or a related field
• Previous experience working within a cancer research group
• Knowledge of cancer immunology
• Experience contributing to scientific publications
