Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with study validation activities and configure project databases
• Research problems and liaise with laboratory colleagues to ensure projects meet customer requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep relevant managers informed of potential issues
• Coordinate meetings with internal departments, such as planning and handover meetings
• Contribute to project planning, including creating timelines and identifying regulatory steps
• Assist in developing database design requirements for protocols and amendments
• Manage the set-up process for low-complexity studies and mentor junior staff
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical, or Healthcare industry
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Proven track record of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Knowledge of laboratory processes and computer systems
