Senior Labor Law Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on individual labor law, including drafting employment contracts and managing disciplinary procedures
• Support collective relations, including employee savings schemes and internal regulations
• Advise on Health, Hygiene, and Safety (HST) matters and occupational risks
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in collaboration with law firms
• Act as a business partner to HR, Payroll, and Management teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in labor law (in-house or law firm)
• Strong expertise in dismissal procedures and disciplinary actions
• Solid legal training in French social law
• Knowledge of the Syntec Convention is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and synthesis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Syntec Convention
• Experience in international mobility coordination
