Senior Labor Law Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on individual labor law, including contract drafting and disciplinary procedures
• Manage contract terminations and internal investigations
• Support collective relations, including employee savings schemes and internal regulations
• Advise on Health, Hygiene, and Safety (HST) matters and occupational risks
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in collaboration with law firms
• Provide legal analysis and recommendations to HR, Payroll, and Management teams
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, specifically regarding the Syntec Convention

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in labor law (in-house or law firm)
• Strong expertise in dismissal procedures and disciplinary actions
• Solid legal training in French social law
• Knowledge of the Syntec Convention is a plus
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and synthesis skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders

• Deep understanding of international mobility
• Experience in negotiating settlements
