Senior Labor Law Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on individual labor relations, including contract drafting and disciplinary procedures
• Manage collective relations topics such as profit-sharing, internal regulations, and professional equality
• Support Health, Hygiene, and Safety (HST) matters and relations with labor inspection
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation files in coordination with law firms
• Provide legal analysis and recommendations to HR, Payroll, and Management teams
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance, particularly with the Syntec Convention

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in labor law within a company or law firm
• Strong expertise in dismissal procedures and disciplinary actions
• Solid legal training in French social law
• Knowledge of the Syntec Convention is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with non-legal stakeholders
• High level of rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis capabilities
• Fluent English (written and oral)
