About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform testing per Toys/Children's product standards for US and EU markets
- Communicate results to the Customer Service team via email
- Operate hardline machinery and equipment
- Ensure timely release of test results
- Verify work order information and match test assignments against samples
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAM) to clarify testing programs
- Manage daily sample inflow and outflow
- Support internal and external training
- Perform internal calibration for hardline equipment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry
- College degree or higher in mechanical industry or related field
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, management, and presentation skills
