Senior Lab Technician QC

Responsibilities

• Perform independent HPLC/UHPLC analytical tasks for release, stability, and development projects.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain analytical equipment, including troubleshooting to ensure reliable results.
• Document all work steps and evaluate raw data in strict compliance with GMP quality standards.
• Ensure all laboratory activities adhere to quality specifications and safety guidelines.
• Support the processing and documentation of quality events (OOX cases).
• Collaborate closely with QA, Production, and other internal departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide senior-level expertise by identifying methodological risks and guiding the team in routine execution.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Chemielaborant (Chemical Laboratory Technician), preferably with a focus on analytics.
• Profound knowledge of HPLC/UHPLC and experience in performing analytical methods independently.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of peptides.
• Proficiency with LIMS and Chromeleon software.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LC-MS technology.
