Senior Lab Engineer/Associate

Responsibilities

• Design protocols and interpret results to validate functional test methods
• Organize and perform Test Method Validation (TMV) activities
• Support lab engineers and associates in test method validation and lab-related tasks
• Critically review and interpret test protocols and testing plans to verify product requirements
• Perform and document verification and validation tests for New Product Development (NPD) and Sustaining Product Operations (SPO)
• Conduct studies for disposables and container systems to support new product development
• Identify and implement innovative solutions in test methods and equipment
• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and adhere to GLP/GDP requirements
• Review and document results in lab notebooks and data systems according to procedures
• Present study results and findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Materials) or a related scientific field
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to statistically analyze test results and prepare validation reports
• Knowledge of engineering principles relevant to laboratory testing
• Experience with GLP/GDP requirements
• Ability to compile clear written and graphical reports describing study results
