Senior L2 Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle HFM installation, configuration, and upgrades in enterprise environments
• Provide L2 support for HFM applications and infrastructure-related issues
• Troubleshoot complex technical, application, and environment-related issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell
• Manage and support Azure-based environments including VMs, services, and deployments
• Monitor system health to ensure high availability and performance
• Coordinate with L1 support, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
• Support financial closing cycles such as month-end and year-end
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and deployment guides
• Ensure adherence to SLA, security, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Application, Production, or Infrastructure Support
• Strong experience in HFM installation and administration
• Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of financial systems and reporting workflows
• Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (11 AM – 3 AM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Hyperion suite
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI-CD pipelines
• Knowledge of automation in cloud environments
