Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure Gold Standard service
• Conduct weekly inventories, manage food/beverage orders, and validate daily prep production
• Execute operational duties including daily briefings and maintenance management
• Manage guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a premium dining experience
• Implement company policies and manage the Restaurant Risk Review audit process

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to motivate team members and manage performance
