Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring of kitchen team members
• Ensure food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Manage inventory, food orders, and daily prep production
• Conduct daily briefings and manage repair and maintenance issues
• Handle guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a Gold Standard experience
• Implement company policies and manage the Restaurant Risk Review audit process

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
