Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure Gold Standard service
• Conduct weekly inventories, manage food/beverage orders, and validate daily prep production
• Execute operational duties including daily briefings and maintenance management
• Manage guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a high-quality dining experience
• Implement company policies and assist with team member development and disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to motivate team members and work effectively within a management team
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
