Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring of kitchen team members
• Ensure food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Conduct weekly inventories, manage food orders, and validate daily prep production
• Execute operational duties including daily briefings and maintenance management
• Manage guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a Gold Standard experience
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, laws, and audit processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and documentation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
• Proven problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
