Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure Gold Standard service
• Manage inventory, food orders, and daily prep production
• Conduct daily briefings and manage restaurant repair and maintenance issues
• Handle guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a premium dining experience
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and food safety laws

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
