About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts for a new restaurant opening in late 2026
  • Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring of kitchen team members
  • Ensure food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly maintained
  • Manage inventory, food orders, and daily prep production to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Conduct daily briefings, quarterly food reviews, and weekly inventories
  • Handle guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a "Gold Standard" experience
  • Manage restaurant maintenance, risk reviews, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
