Senior Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring of kitchen team members
• Ensure food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Manage food and beverage orders, weekly inventories, and daily prep production
• Conduct daily briefings and manage restaurant repair and maintenance issues
• Facilitate guest relations and guest recovery to ensure a "Gold Standard" experience
• Monitor compliance with all company policies, laws, and risk review audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to motivate team members and work effectively within a management team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
