About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Italian Sporting Goods Key Accounts portfolio, leading sales and brand elevation opportunities.
  • Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with relevant accounts to meet seasonal and yearly objectives.
  • Own and lead strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with the overall EMEA Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Drive in-store brand presence to ensure excellent consumer awareness and connection.
  • Lead the development and implementation of account-specific marketing plans.
  • Manage and develop a small team across multiple markets to ensure effective execution.
  • Drive assortment planning and seasonal selling processes to ensure market differentiation and profitable growth.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding business results, opportunities, and relationship status.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Lifestyle industry and its distribution in Italy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define strategic priorities based on market data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A proactive, "hands-on" approach to planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Economics.
  • Experience in the outdoor or performance culture industry.
