Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of a portfolio of high-value key accounts with clear revenue and retention targets
  • Drive net revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation strategies
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor account activity and KPIs daily to identify sales opportunities and revenue risks
  • Design and execute individual account growth plans based on behavior and lifecycle stage
  • Deliver a proactive, high-touch sales approach via phone, email, and messaging
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimize account strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholder teams to ensure offers and incentives are commercially effective
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute tailored offers and bonuses aligned with revenue goals
  • Provide actionable commercial insights to support revenue optimization and VIP strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales-driven Key Account Management, VIP Management, or similar commercial roles
  • Experience within iGaming or a high-value digital environment preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed revenue and retention targets
  • Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and monetization strategies
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with comfort working with KPIs and dashboards
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
