About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients through regular meetings
- Identify and act upon growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and ensure timely solution delivery
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and large-scale projects
- Prepare and deliver professional client presentations
- Monitor, track, and report on account performance metrics and sales targets
- Develop strategic account plans and manage account budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/client relationship role
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts within a relevant industry
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and account performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
