Senior Java/Python Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Java and/or Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS ECS
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to design and optimize data storage solutions
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and code reviews

Requirements

• Proficient in Java and/or Python programming languages
• Strong experience with React for front-end development
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS ECS
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and querying
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
