Senior Java/AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic adoption of AI across compliance workflows, regulatory monitoring, and reporting.
• Define and execute an AI transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Design highly available, fault-tolerant, cloud-native systems capable of supporting AI-driven workloads at enterprise scale.
• Lead the development of next-generation compliance rule evaluation engines and violation management systems.
• Partner with product management and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and technical solutions.
• Act as a senior technical leader, guiding and motivating developers through complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector search platforms, and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Expertise in concurrent programming and designing high-throughput, distributed applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL technologies (e.g., MSSQL, Snowflake, or in-memory data stores).
• Experience with message broker technology such as real-time distributed event streaming or gRPC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI governance practices.
• Strong interest in cloud-native AI infrastructure and machine learning techniques.
