Senior Java Spring Boot Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Architect, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring proper versioning, security, and monitoring.
• Manage the full API lifecycle using tools such as Apigee, Kong, or AWS API Gateway.
• Integrate advanced AI services, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech (STT/TTS), into existing products.
• Collaborate with DevOps to build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and test-driven development.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold high quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Data JPA, Security, Cloud).
• Strong experience in the design and governance of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Practical experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini) and working with STT/TTS services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
